- Return Conditions
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to request a return.
Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. We cannot accept returns of used or damaged products.
Proof of Purchase: Original proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is required when requesting a return. - Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
Notify Us: Please contact our customer service team via email at sasha@fondown.online, explaining your return request and providing your order number and product information.
Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with return authorization and indicate the return address.
Preparing the Package: Place the unused product and all accompanying packaging materials back into the original packaging.
Returning the Product: Return the package to the following address: 2700 TRIMMIER RD APT 7208, KILLEEN, TX 76542
Keep the Waybill: Please keep the courier company’s waybill as proof of purchase. - Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange for the same product in a different size or color, you can follow the return process described above. Please note that exchanged products will be processed based on stock availability. - Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned package, we will process your request within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for payment. If your order exceeds the limits of the return policy, we will be unable to process your refund request.
